Nurture & Nature for Schools and Organisations
The Nurture and Nature therapeutic program offers groups of up to 8 children/ young people to develop resiliency, self-regulation, relationships, and self-esteem.

- 2 hours per week

- Qualified CYP psychotherapist and L3 Forest School Leader.

About Vanessa Bear
Working in the voluntary and education sectors for over 15 years, Nes has experience of working with people from various backgrounds, including young people with behavioural issues, people with physical disabilities, children with profound and multiple learning disabilities and those with trauma, PTSD, anxiety and mental health issues.
As a qualified and experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist for children and adolescents, a Level 3 Forest School Practitioner, Primary School Teacher with QTS, BA(Hons) Youth and Community Work, Yoga Therapist, Yogic Mindfulness Teacher, Mountain Leader and First Aider, Nes enjoys combining these areas in a holistic way to offer a varied experience that further develops connection, resilience and relaxation.
